Wheel offset????

OK, help me out here. I am looking at buying a set of 17 x 9.5 Z06 wheels. What does it mean when it says +54mm offset??? Basicly I am looking for stock replacement wheels for my SS vert. Can anyone help me out here???? Thanks

No problem, but 54 mm will fit.
