I just installed a smaller pulley (3.1) on my procharger set up, and now the part throttle blow off has become just too loud. I am running a 50 mm Tial Q now, and wondered if they make any type of "filter" that installs over it, or do I have to buy something else.
I figured I could run the QR and put a filter on it, but wanted to know my options first
Thanks

One response was to change the spring to something like a 12# spring. Not sure how that will work with the a supercharger.
I'm thinking of buying the bottom part of the QR valve and put a filter on it
Any thoughts?

Porsche part number bypass valve or something similar to that is an easy solution.
Its a bosch plastic push type valve very frequently used due to its simplicity, quiet operation and dirt cheap price.
Many people hate on them, but lots of companies use them so go figure...

I was told to up the spring to something like a 12ps, but my concern is it would keep easing into low boost every time I ease into the throttle and murder gas mileage.
