SBE cam and spray car goes 1.23 60' on radials with 4l60e.
I haven't posted an update of the car in a while. We got around to doing a little weight reduction as well as finishing the front suspension on the car. I'm not releasing any times until I get the car where I want it but I'm willing to share the new setup as well as 60'.
Changes made were:
Tick custom cam 232/250 .629/.623 113+5
Custom FTI triple disk converter
3.70 gears
275 radial pro
3200 raceweight
Still stock heads, intake, and throttle body. Nitrous outlet 78mm plate with a 93n/39f jet on c16 and 12* of spark. This was leaving off the footbrake.
The car went 1.231 60'! I only had two trips to the track with the car and managed a 1.29, 1.27, 1.25, 1.24, and 1.23 60'. Looking forwards to sharing the times with you guys soon.
Shout out to Martin Smallwood at Tick Performance for an awesome camshaft and Greg at FTI for an awesome converter!

Forgot to mention I was only leaving on 200 shot with .6 ramp time.
The car didn't even pick up a tenth on a 93 jet versus 78 jet. Was running the same fuel jet.
87bullet, this was at holly springs. Went 1.25 and 1.27 at atmore on less jet.

Car has already run 9.80's @3500+ lbs on .078 jet. Let's just say it is quite a bit quicker now and we have some changes being made that will make a BIG difference. Shortdog it is a Rossler Terminator 3 with every option Carl offers. Have over 200 passes on it and fluid still looks brand new when it is changed. It is by far the best 4L60E out there in our opinion. It still has all 4 gears. No tricks. It has a transbrake that we haven't even tried on the spray yet.

Yea that 60 needs some work. Gonna need at least a 1.35-1.36 to get into the 9s with nitrous from what ive seen but its generally easier with a bottom 1.3x. I think carter had a 1.29 when he went 9.97.
