Default 3rd gen rear end fit in ls1 car

hey guys, I found this rear a few hours away. I was wondering if its worth going for. It is a ford 9" that has been cut for a 3rd gen camaro. I've read its like 3" more narrow then my stock 10 bolt, But rims with less offset would fix that right? IS this something that would be very difficult to make fit?

That seems like a good deal, though! I'm going to move this to the axle section for more opinions...

I ran a 9" in my car for a long time that was built on 3rd gen dimensions. NO issues at all, worked great. Yes, different offset wheels is all you will need. Everything else bolted right up.

I would for $900 if it had the gear ratio and locking diff I wanted in it. Thats a steal. New rear wheels would be needed.
