Arrow Cylinder #1 Misfire

My stock internal (longtubes +ORY + catback) 2000 F-Body is having a misfire on cylinder #1.

I replaced the plug and it didn't help. I then swapped the coil pack & plug wire between cylinder #1 & #2 to see if the problem moved, but it didn't. I ran the car for a little, and the misfire was still there in cylinder #1. The plug is fouled and smells like gas.

I since then pulled the valve cover to see if I could see if there was an issue with the valve seal, but I couldn't see.

What would you suggest the problem is or could be?

If it's fouled you could have an injector that's stuck open instead I pulsing. If you're in Dallas you can bring it by my shop.
