Default Bolt on F150 vs Bolt on Cts-V

Flagman vs CTS-V:

Raced a guy with a headers, intake & tuned cts-V with my work truck for a lil gas money.
He put his flashers on because he said he was catching me and thought he made it in time but the guys on the finish line said I put half a truck on him. He was pretty cool about it and wanted to run again but was out of money so he said he will try it again next time out.

I always forget to put my flashers on for the people at the starting line that are betting money, but good thing a guy on a four wheeler was at the end to see who won because it was pretty close.

Looked like the V came around hard on you. Looks like he shut down around 100 mph.

Yea thats what he thought, the guys at the end confirmed what happened and he paid up so it was all good. Not sure on the mph but It was a good race, his girl too a video with her phone but was just looking at the back of my truck, not the finish line so you couldnt tell by that .

I say around 100 cause my V did 95mph in 3rd before i hit 4th. Once i tuned it raise the rpms to 7k i could do 100 mph fun little car lol.

Yea, but only grudge events where they only give you a win light, no time slips or anything.

Good run. That V prob makes close to 370whp. V1s are notoriously difficult to get off the line, but once we're moving, the gearing helps us bigtime on topend.

Sounds right. 1-2 shift is in the 40s, 2-3 is in the 60s, and 3-4 is in the 90s. 4-5 is in the 130s. lol
