Man with Headers frets over Emissions Fittings! Hello! (first post yay!)
So i bought some Mac mid Length headers and am in the process of installing. UNTIL i run into a very peculiar setback. The AIR fittings have some play in them which is creating leaks, and the EGR doesn't line up right.
Question is, does anyone have or make a product to fix the aforementioned problems?

The AIR fittings are like flare pipe fittings. I remember cranking down on the fittings pretty hard or else they wouldn't seal.
You have to bend the EGR tube to get it to work. The EGR port on my Pacesetters was farther away than the factory manifolds so I had to stretch the tube a bit... ended creating two very small tears in it. I took all of the emissions out after that.
