What exactly is the difference between an LS1 cam and a Small Block Chevy cam other than the price.

Small block Chevy cams are not usually roller cams like the LS1; that's one reason for the cost. Any roller cam always costs more. Another reason is the LS1 cams are still new, so companies are trying to pay back their R & D costs. Besides, if you can afford a nice new fbody with an LS1, you must be able to pay $400 for a cam, right? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />
