Default lightweight flywheels

I am gathering parts for my 408 FI build and was wounding,shood i do a lightweight act flywheel or stay stock for strength. I am using the act 6 puck clutch and I was goning to order the lightweight act flywheel . What do u all run with your t56 clutch and flywheel ?

Forgot to mention its a 408 with a Novi 2200 supercharger .

I would think you would build a centri car the same way you would an NA car because both are somewhat rpm dependent so you would want a lightweight. Steve from Monster told me to run a standard heavy flywheel in my car because turbos like the added weight for spooling and staying spooled between shifts.
