Default TCI Torque Converter GP at Texas Speed & Performance!

Due to numerous requests, we have put together a TCI torque converter group purchase. This GP will be good through Friday, May 28th and all pricing will be for the total number of torque converters sold, not per part number. Being a GP, we will have to have all billing and shipping information in order for each order to count. Orders will not be processed and credit cards will not be charged until May 28th or until we meet the 10+ pricing. If we do not have 10+ converters sold by May 28th, then we will process the orders at the 5-9 pricing (assuming we sell at least 5 converters!). You must call or e-mail us to get in on the GP, so you cannot get in on the GP pricing if you order on the internet. Please e-mail us at matt@texas-speed.com or trevor@texas-speed.com if you have any questions.

My car is mostly stock, but soon I'm getting FLPs, Dual Electric Cutouts, and either the 1LE Suspension or something similar from LG Motorsports with 18x9.5 Z06 Motorsports. Car is a daily driver, planning on no NOS ever, is the Competition 4400 too big? Will I end up breaking my rear? Any suggestions? Maybe visit track once a month, if that and no street racing, just want a fun ride. Any suggestions?

What plans do you have for the car in the future besides LT's...heads/cam combo, just a cam, bolt-ons? A 4400 is a big stall and it's definitely not for everyone. I am running The TCI 4400 in my daily driver right now. It's a loose converter, but I don't mind. I am wanting good track times when I do make it out. If you are just looking for something that will give a nice drop in ET at the track and still have fun with good street manners, I would suggest either a 3500 or 3800. I had a TCI 3500 with 3.23's in my LT1 and it was a great street/strip combo. You won't be disappointed with the TCI 3500 or 3800.

Gomer- We did not include tranny coolers in the GP, but you can pick one up when you order. We have the small Perma-Cools in stock that run $44.99 and the larger ones run $49.99.
