Default C5 z06 header swap, now missing

Recently did the headers on my z06 and now it keeps missing from 1200-3000 rpms. I've checked all the plug wires, plugs and checked my ground to the block. Cannot for the life of me find what would cause a miss. Any suggestions?

Did you get a tune afterwards?

Found one issue, the temperature sensor was bad, now it's still missing but only under a load. Could this be a tune issue?

Could you have cracked a spark plug? Damaged a plug wire?

Did you check the plug wires with an ohm meter?

No but I've put 2 different sets of wires, both brand new on it, I would think they'd be fine. I can get a hold of an ohm meter to check them though.

Having tried two sets of new wires I agree pretty much rules out wires.

If you had HP Tuner you could scan for misfire. It has a series of misfire PIDs that would most likely give you the source.
