Sounds like a solid build, just for fun, I'll say 637hp

disclaimer: that is a off the top guess, did not think too hard, and I am generally horrible at guessing these sort of things. Hopefully its what you need!

Can you provide more details on the bigger comp cover? Was it a simple bolt on? I am assuming the turbo is basically the same otherwise to the standard 7875 that some here are running correct?

its the turbonectics mid frame i think the center section is shared with the y2k turbos and the comp cover is similar to the y2k its a fairly good size turbo weighs about 40 lbs here is a picture of it for size comparison
FINALLY! headed to the dyno. 347 mid frame 78-miframe-.jpg

really think the pump will limit me on e85? i figured the turbine will be the limiting factor before the pump.

Where's the build thread?!?

When a gto gets a turbo it must always have a build thread.

Idk how well that pump you have flows but I'm going to have to say the 75mm turbine is going to choke up before your fuel runs out more than likely.

Should have sold that turbo off a long time ago and got the smaller 7875 version. Would have been easier to package for whoever did the fab work that's for sure. They both will make the same power since they use the same wheels.

Idk, mine is very happy at 16lbs and we have the same size motor. I plan on maxing this turbo out when i go get retuned, so im expecting to hit 20-22lbs as well. Should be mid to upper 800s but im 6spd so my numbers may "look" better.

My 80lb injectors (58psi base) were maxed at 16lbs and the dual 255s were going to be next. I'm not familiar with that holley pump but you may be close, your injectors will be fine.

Guess i assumed you had a bigger turbine when i glanced over the build, oops. That 80e is gonna rob of you high(er) numbers but the car should fly on high boost.

Which holley billet pump? If its the 1800, it should get close to 900whp on E85 through an auto. Id guess that turbo would also start falling off around 850-900. So my guess would be in that range if you push it til you run out of fuel or turbo. Also, any pics of the build? Love to see other GTO turbo setups! Im getting ready to start on my 06 GTO 5.3/S475/M6 build. PLan on starting a thread once I get the motor together and start building the manifolds.

Good luck Travis! I am thinking it should make every bit of 800whp on the higher boost. The locking torque converter will help you out as well! Wish mine could do that! haha

Travis - I'm guessing 327rwhp. JK, you're breaking 800 bro, I can almost guarantee it.
