Default L77(same as L76) in 2001 Camaro drag car

I am putting a L77 caprice motor in a 2001 camaro i have. The questions i have are

1. What harness and computer would be easier to use, the one from the caprice or a harness and comp for a camaro with a lingenfelter convertor 58x to 24x?

2. The car is going to be completly gutted only things i want on the car are

-brake light and turn signals and headlights

everything elts will be converted to manual or deleted so please any help on wiring would be great and what i should do.

I've read that the 58x to 24x converter is unreliable. I'd stick with the Caprice harness and computer

I thought they fixed the overheating problems? I don't think the harness will work the camaro's speedo and tach? Also you have to use the drive by wire correct ? I want to use drive by cable throttle body
