You don't need shifter arm/lever and nut from a 4L60E, that should be on you your new 80E already.
I would buy a TCI outlaw shifter and you wouldn't need to find all of the cables and what not.
Actually I bet I have stock shifter cable in my garage, I switched to the TCI outlaw shifter.
