Default Lq4 running rich

Need some help with troubleshooting. I have lq4 polluter stage 3 cam in Fairmont futura. Fuel injected and had t56. Car ran and performed great. Decided to sell t56 and go auto. Had new th350 built, new converter, shifter, and new driveshaft installed. Sent my computer off to have retuned by pcm for less for auto and nitrous kit yet to be added. Started tonight, would not start with help from accelerator and would not idle. Pulled plugs and were dark and wet. Exhaust smelled rich. Plugs before were perfect. I did move my corvette fuel regulator, filter. Could I have damaged my regulator? Maybe fuel pressure is off? Would damaged regulator cause too much pressure and create such symptoms?
