Default nano nitrous pressure issue

Have my dyno tune tomorrow and I need help. I bought a used nano this past winter. Finally everything is in and I tested it tonight but im having issues. N20 bottle is at 700ish psi. When I turn the nano valve I can hear the air go in and the check valve click but the pressure gauge needle doesn't move at all. I was thinking the gauge may have crapped the bed but after running the bottle under hot water I can see the pressure go up. Also when I open valve all the way air starts to come out the top of valve where the **** threads in. Im desperate I have my tune day tomorrow!! Please Help!!

Best thing to do. Is it a push port valve or are you trying to run the NANO off of a gauge port?

I'm also having an issue on a new nano system- My old one worked great, but I bought a new one and it's not keeping up.

Old style NX Lightning valve (Labeled Push port)
Nano 3000 @ 3k psi HPA
New 10# fill, static pressure around 900. (75 degree bottle)

Open nano, bottle pressure rises to 1000-1050.
Blip purge and it will fall to 950 and then slowly rise back to 1000-1050 after 30 seconds or so.

225 shot .82/.50 jets, NO plate, NX solenoids
Surges / breaks up on Nano- 10.0 AFR

Stepped jets down to what I run on a normal heater:
.82/.44 jets
AFR 10.0-10.4 and still breaking up

Change to just regular bottle heater, car pulls fine on same jetting @ 11.5-11.8 AFR.

On a nano pull, bottle pressure will drop to 900 and take over a minute to recover.

Any ideas?

I got a hold of nano but im not sure they understand my issue I tried to explain it twice but they just want me to send it in.

I checked the nano regulator by just attaching a n20 pressure gauge to the nano itself. Sure enough it reads 1050 when I open the nano valve. But when I connect it to the N20 bottle I do hear the check valve click but nothing happens to bottle pressure.

Has to be the check valve right? I mean I proved that the regulator is putting out around 1050psi so what else could it be?

If it is our valve and it says "gauge port" it won't work. It has to be a push port valve.. it will say "push port" instead of "gauge port"...

I have the old style chrome valve. Neither one is marked. I put it in correct one. Its not in the port that goes into the siphon tube.

We actually called you guys today just to be sure I didn't have it backwards.
