Default Flashing the converter in a turbo car ?

I know while NA it's better to just flash it from the line but in a turbo car is it better foot brake the rpms as high as you can and come off or just flash the converter and let the boost build

Even if you can't make boost, just putting it under load will get the turbo closer to making pressure.

x2 the more you can hold on the line, boost or just getting to 0, the faster the pass will be because the boost will be there that much faster.
