Default Car runs like a tractor after replacing parts. Help!!

Before taking my C5 'vette out for the first time this year I replaced:

1) rocker arms (Yella Terra)
2) Push rods (7.475" CC high tech) .046" preload
3) NGK Iridium gapped at .038"
4) Coils (new AC Delco, bought from flee bay)
5) MSD Starter

The car ran great last year, I just felt like spending some $ (you know how it is).

Today, was the first day out. On the way to work (about 25 miles) the car ran smooth (power did seem a little bit off though). I stopped at Target about 3 miles outside of work for about 15 mins. When I started the vehicle the motor ran like **** (feels like a milder version of limp mode).

1) Chugs like a harley at stoplight
2) slow rough rev/acceleration
3) engine shutters hard on mild acceleration especially when converter locked.
4) AFR ratio cruising shows 15.5-16.8 (normally, of course, 14.6ish).
*Fuel pressure normal, oil pressure normal, engine/oil temps normal.
******NO CODES WHATSOEVER******

Same story on the way home. Drove 23 miles smooth (power did seem a little bit off). Stopped 2 miles from home for 15 mins and when I started it the motor ran like **** again. Again, no codes whatsoever.

In both cases the second start was a hard start (cranked over for several seconds before it started). However, this has been the case since I bought the car 7 years ago when the car had 30k mile (it has 60k miles now). Probably an issue with the cam position sensor.

The car is heavily modified and I did all the work myself, including the tune. No real problems with the car, until now.

What is baffling is that the car runs like an effin tractor yet it isn't throwing any codes. It seems to be heat related, yet it runs fine until I shut it down, let it sit, and fire it back up. However, like I said, the power does feel a little off, even before it starts running like absolute ****.

I haven't had a chance to throw the scanner on it yet. Seems too coincidental, even though it sat all winter, that it runs like crap after I replaced the above parts for this issue to not be related to the new installed parts. The coils seem like the likely culprit, but I would expect the AFR to show rich if I'm dragging a cylinder (or 2 or 3) because of bad coil(s). Definitely feels like I have some dead cylinders (just like limp mode) though. Maybe the injector(s)?

Any thoughts or guidance would be greatly appreciated!!!

Main mods:
1) A&A supercharger kit (6.5-7psi)
2) 60# Deka injectors
3) LPE Fuel Pump
4) Dart Pro 1 205cc
5) 228/232 .571/.573 112
6) CC 850 lifters
7) Fast Intake
8) LS2 TB
9) BBK Shorty Headers
10) Yella Terra rockers (1.7)
11) LS2 timing chain
12) Yank SS3600
13) Z06 3.42 rearend
14) Ti exhaust
15) Tuned with HP Tuners Pro
16) Mini-tub 345/35/18

put the old coils back on and see what it does

you also could have cracked plugs tightening them down

Could be a faulty harness on the new ones or perhaps they are chinese knock offs and not real AC Delco parts.

Glad you figured it out.
