Question looking for a good cam

i am going to cam my car and possibly roller rockers ect. i dotn even know where to begin what bran what lift what i want is reliable performance

Thunder Racing 224, or TR230 both awesome cams.

The Thunder Racing 224 cam is very hard to beat in terms of power and driveability!

thanks for your help guys i am most likely going with 224 thunder do i need new lifters or pushrods for that set up

Thunder recommends hardened pushrods, and you will definitely need springs. You can get away with stock retainers.

I personally wouldn't go with hardened pushrods if your car is a M6. This in my personal preference but if you think you can go without missing a shift then put them in. If not i'd leave stockers in for cheap insurance. MHO
