Odd power mirror problem, quick question?

Odd power mirror problem, quick question? Hey guys, longtime member don't post too often though! I have an odd problem with my power mirrors. They move 3 out of the 4 directions up, down and left but not right. Would this be a wiring issue/switch issue?

switch, water gets in there and shorts out that one contact due to the angle the switch sits at, I have the same issue and it's a known issue if you search deep enough into this site.
