Default Newbie trying to stuff 6.0L in a Vega

I've been lurking here for months and finally decided to join. Magazines got me interested in LS motors. I've bought several good LS engine building and engine swap books, but real life examples and experiences are better. This forum seems to be the place to be for LS powered street/strip rodders. This is going to be fun .

Thanks for the welcome.... I'm going LS after a hardship move a couple of years ago caused me to sell my 400. It didn't make sense to replace the 400 with anything else.

I plan to start with a 750 carbed 6.0L with a Megajolt or MSD6010 backed by a TH350, 3200 B&M Holeshot 3.50 gears on a 26.0 x 8.5 or 9.0 slick. It will be a budget build, but I believe the 6.0L will be more streetable and just as quick as the 400.
