Default Bought a cam

My buddy sold me his old ams 227/230 .593/.575....113 LSA camshaft for $150.00. Now the question is What kinda valve train components am i gonna need for the install?

new springs, locks & retainers as well as PR's if you can afford some hardened ones...they arent necessary but a good idea.

Can u give me a guesstimate on how much poer this cam will make if i get longtubes?

it should give you 30-40 more hp alone after lt's

4000+ if you can otherwise as big as youd like to go really but i wouldnt recommend anything less than a 3800.
