I didnt get my hands on the guy. He came around me on the shoulder of an on-ramp for the interstate like I was up on jackstands, hands waving out of the window like Id done something wrong. Speeds up to 95ish before we hit the state line (and a big curve) Blinker was on for miles, then hazards, back to blinkers. Darting around his lane for the entire 30 minutes and probably 30 miles I was behind him. PD finally caught up with him and pulled him over. I went by and he was waving his arm at the cops like he had with me. Drove back the other way after getting a drink at Sonic and his car was on a rollback and one cop car was gone.

Im guessing meth for sure, maybe booze, too.
