Default Cluster goes haywire when revving?

I noticed this happening in the last week. When I'm on the gas the cluster indicates no voltage and the tach and speedometer go all over the place. The car runs fine while it's doing this and the radio does not die either so I doubt there is an actual drop in voltage. It does it even when revving in neutral.

Any ides what would cause this? Bad ground for the cluster? Cluster took at dump?

Back when I got the hawk, one night I had all the gauges go crazy! Looking at the engine bay, to the left I believe it was, is a ground that in my case was not grounded clean. It had 1 wire and a nut attached.

HOW does anyone get to this ground without pulling EVERYTHING off of the top of the engine (IF one still has all of the A.I.R. tubes/emissions equipment, unlike most on here)???

Removing the intake manifold is the easiest way. If you've done it before it only takes about 10 minutes

Also look at the ground that goes to the block right above the starter.
