p1416 code

Default p1416 code
My car just threw the code p1416.. which everywhere I look people say its the Air check valve.. well, I have the AIR removed and tuned out, and have for over a year.. what else could this be? The o2 sensor? I have headers, with o2 extensions. If that is the cause how do you check if its the sensor or the extension?

No idea why you would get that code if its programmed out. Pretty crazy I would say.

I used to get the exact same code. Had it programmed out and now all is right again. Does it come back if you clear it?

Cleared it and it hasn't came back yet, frost said he may have forgot about it and I can send it to him and he will fix it for free if I want
