rear axle end play I have had this rattling noise coming from the rear of my car for a while now. So I was going to change out my rotors and pads today and I noticed my axle end has some play in it. So I feel this is where my rattling noise has been coming from. I have a short video clip of it. Its the in and out play that Im not sure why it does it or how I can fix it. Any help or suggestions would be great.

The end play you see is perfectly normal, and is allowed by the "C" clips used to retain the axles. To eliminate the end play, you'll need some serious rear end mods, like going to a 9" or S60. You'll have to look elsewhere for the cause of the rattle.
