Yank SS3600 Fitment Question
Found a smoking deal on a Yank SS3600, less than a 1000 miles on it. It was in a 2001 T/A with 4L60E. Will this work in a 2007 4L60E out of a 1/2 ton truck? I see on Yanks site the listings are different for truck and early f-body. Hate to pass on a good deal but don't want to buy a converter that won't work either. Anyone ever dealt with this?
The 2007 Tranny is going behind a 2007 5.3 for my LS swap.

No issue on the motor end I know for a fact. I doubt they changed input stuff on the trans. That would leave the main issue as being flexplate differences. If that's the only issue then just run the car flexplate and you're good. We did a swap with an 07 gen4 5.3 to a car flexplate, car converter, and my old 2001 trans. Worked perfect. We had a 98 pcm controlling the whole deal.

Sorry my memory is foggy but the tooth number may be different for the truck vs car flexplate, or at least some versions. Ensure your starter matches appropriately.
