I got a set of poly unrethane motor mounts from a friend vut I do not have the bolts. Does anybody know the bolt size and lenght that I could go to the nearest lowes or home depot and get to use for the clam shells?

I used 3/8" x 1'' long bolts with lock nuts.

Also how did you go about drilling the holes?

3/8" drill bit on the Dewalt, drilled out the OEM holes from the rivets to 3/8"

Exactly what I did for mine. Make sure you don't install them upside down. I did one at a time to make sure I did it right. I believe they also call for a torque spec on the bolts to hold the clam shells together but I forgot what it is. Oh and they are a tight fit til the are all bolted down.

Make sure you get grade 8 bolts and nuts.
