The turbo Cobra was pretty much right there with the Vette if the Vette wasn't stealing the hit, lol.

badass racing and races!! Love how close that turbo cobra and h/c C6Z where! I do gotta say that 2nd gen was sounding really wrong though. I can tune and diagnose a big block or small block chevy in my sleep, but can't for the life of me think of what was causing that .... ?surging? sound. Only thing that comes close to mind is that he was so hyped up on adrenaline that it was his foot bouncing on the gas pedal from the adrenaline rush. *(I've done it myself, but damn never while matting the gas pedal! That's a before the race or after the race thing)*

EDIT: Hmm, I'm thinking if he didn't set his throttle stop properly and didn't want to get his carb stuck WOT then he would have to hold WOT by feel, which would allow the adrenaline rush to affect his foot like I mentioned above. Cuz going WOT and holding your foot to the floor with force no adrenaline rush should be able to cause it to move IMO. Same would apply if he had a homemade setup he couldn't trust for his throttle pedal/ cable/ or carb attach bracket.

his SN was 3valve the car is a 03-04 cobra

that car is pretty fast almost 600hp to the wheels from what i hear.
