How would i go about re threading the messed up hole? And would i only need the holes to removed the pulley?

A tap and die kit would easily re-thread it, I just don't have one on hand. Yes, the holes are used to remove the pulley, not when installing it.

I'm not really sure what size the bolt hole is. I'll have to check that out.

Contacted ASP and thread pitch is 5/16x24.
