Thumbs up TSP PP Stage 2 LS1 perimiter bolt head flow numbers!!($999.99)

Ok guys, i know i posted up a few weeks ago about these heads and a lot of us were interested in flow numbers. Well I spoke with Trever at TSP today for about 15 minutes about them. He's a great guy, very helpful!! Anyway, here is the flow numbers on the heads. Not bad at all for a thousand dollar pair of heads. They are flowed on a 3.9" bore, no pipe on the exhaust side so its straight out of the exhaust port, and no LS6 intake. numbers are as follows.

Intake Flow
.100": 65 cfm
.200": 131 cfm
.300": 192 cfm
.400": 241 cfm
.500": 273 cfm
.550": 288 cfm
.600": 294 cfm

Exhaust Flow
.100": 77 cfm
.200": 60 cfm
.300": 146 cfm
.400": 181 cfm
.500": 273 cfm
.550": 211 cfm
.600": 218 cfm

just thought I'd add also that the heads come fully assembled with 2.02"/1.57" stainless steel valves, the patriot gold dual valve springs, and titanium retainers and seats. Hehe, maybe us 98 guys dont have it so bad afterall!

We just recently installed a set of those heads on a customers car & it went 397rwhp with a 231.237 through a unlocked 3800tci, & 3.73 gears
They are pretty hard to beat for the price! They include double springs, titanium retainers, and 2.02 1.57 valves just like the 5.3l heads

it was like $40 shipping to NJ & i made 373 in second gear w 2.73's, 3500 stall & ls1 intake...with the intake & some gear were thinkin I should be damn close to 400...for a $1500 head/cam pkg i think thats pretty darn good.

foff,
Thanks for the info. What would you expect the torque to be? I have a daily driver 98Z M6 with the stock 3:42 gear. I have had my eye on these, but was trying to figure out what they would be giving up over the stage 2 5.3's from PP or TEA. I have seen some high torque numbers from the TEA heads, but you can't beat the price on these, especially if you have a 98.

No times yet - damn tranny (well fixed that problem ) but see my signature for an M6. This was on 28" slicks with a 12-bolt Moser and 4.30 gears.

.550": 290 cfm
.600": 296 cfm

Exhaust Flow
.100": 61 cfm
.200": 108 cfm
.300": 147 cfm
.400": 183 cfm

They are the same heads as Summit sells. All Patriot cylinder heads are sold with no core exchange required!! The great thing is the heads usually only take about 1-2 days before they ship Can't beat that
