Default what would cause bad gas mileage?

ok im about to replace my oxygen sensors. got all the bolt ons. car is tuned with predator and the part throttle fuel trims are real erratic but seem to get better to about -2% when im driving. idle fuel trims are -10%. im only gettin about 15 mpg in this hot weather and last year i was gettin like 19 or 20 in the city. i know driving it has to do a lot with it, the way i drive but i cant seem to get any better than 18 mpg. i figure the oxygen sensors could use replacement im gonna order them now, what else can i do? how are you guys on city driving taking it fairly easy and not holding out the revs?

O2's are the biggest contributer to bad fuel milage. Depending on what bolt-on's you have, you may need to get a little tune to make it right.
