still get 25 hwy and 14/15 city,b-4 h/c was 28/29 hwy, and 16/17 city

before heads cam i was getting around 18 city and 29/30 on hwy after 15/16 city and 27/28 hwy. all with 4:10 gears. and all so depends on how much u stick your foot in it at lights lol.

don't know exactly how much city and highway since i do both. i average right around 19-20mpg each tank. with probably 150 of the 250 or so miles on the highway. i love it, 400+rwhp and 20mpg

thanx, thats what I was looking for....in my mustangs its mostly stock and im getitng 20+ most city/some highway beating on it...but I fig when I mod it, it wont do to swell, and a modded ls1 might do better in the mpg department

i've been seeing over 20 mph on the highway with the 9" with 4.10 gears and no tuning, the car is running really fat right now, so i bet it'll get better when its tuned soon.

haven't paid attention to any city mileage. car isn't out a ton, i just watched the mileage going to the track on the highway last weekend.

Before head/cam/intake/gears ... average was 23.5 to 24.5 mpg with best of 32.8 mpg on trip

After head/cam/intake/4.10 gears ... average is 21.5 to 23.5 mpg with best of 26.5 mpg but no long trips yet.

Car has mail order tune.

Overall for my average driving the car seems to have lost 1.5 mpg on average (24 mpg vs 22.5 mpg) I tend to get on it more and sometimes mpg slips to 20mpg.

Stage II heads/B1 cam through high flow cats at 432rwhp and 398rwtq. I got 31mpg to 33mpg on several occasions. I drove the WS6 from Colorado to Arizona 4 or 5 times and would see consistant low 30mpg range numbers at 90mph and 6th gear. I attribute it to the lower air desity at altitude and the fact I had the factory 3.42s. I could only get upper 20mpg figures on the highway in Arizona. If I stayed out of it, I would get 17 to 21mpg in town.

Right now I'm getting 14-15 city, running pretty rich. Not sure about the highway.

Thats w/ TSP 5.3 race heads & TSP 233/239 cam.
