Default Cleaning tank of bad gas

I have been fighting a problem with bad gas.
After going out west for work for about a month i came home to a bad odour of bad gasoline. Pulled the filters and there was a horrid yellow goo in the filters. Drained the tank and filled with fresh fuel. Tank is stock replacement tank and has a sump welded in like 8 years ago. The fuel in the tank was for sure less than a year old.
Car ran fine till the tank got really low. You could tell by the exhaust smell that it was burning something that wasnt gas it seemed. THe #4 injector would get stuck partially open. This happened 3 times. Swapped injectors and its good.
I am gonna drop the tank this time to clean it thorougly. What do you guys recommend i clean it with? This problem has been f###### haunting me and i dont wanna install my new 80lb injectors till this stuff is out.
I have a feeeling whatever is in there is sittin on the walls of the tank.
