Default Full bolt on,BOSS mani,100 shot 5.0 vs On3 Turbo 1LE on 6lbs

Met up with some folks last night. 5.0 owner called me out. Cocky as hell. Mods above. My car is a 2013 1LE with a single 76mm on 6lbs. My car makes 576whp and 604wtrq. 5.bro owner claimed 560whp and 580wtrq Runs where from 50-130. The butt hurt was strong...so much that I am sure somebody will chim in as the excuses are already flying!

Mustang let out early
Full race

So what constitutes full bolt ons? Just curious. A probably 540 wheel car vs a 570 wheel car of similar weight, expected outcome.

CAI,Exhaust,Boss manifold, lighter wheels, no back seat and other minimal weight reduction. My car is full interior, full weight 5th gen. He probably has a 300lbs weight advantage.

Yes, my feelings are hurt because two cars raced I have no stake in and one of them won.

Everything fits nice. The kit was actually pieced together very well and the On3 guys were very helpful. I did however change the way the down pipe connects to the factory exhaust. I also changed out the wastegate for a Tial. Other than that I am extremely happy. Its been over 1,000 miles and I havent had one issue

But, but, but what if the mustang wasn't proper or is that scenario only reserved for fbody's?

Either way, good run op. When are you going to crank up the boost? 6psi is pretty low for those motors. Should be able to handle 10psi pretty reliably.

I was told he is a converted ricer. LOL. Makes sense...

6psi does suck but it sure is doing work as it sits. More boost and meth are coming.

How is that not full bolt ons for a 5.0? Assuming when the OP said "exhaust" he meant full exhaust as in headers to mid pipe to catback. What else would a 5.0 need if it already has CAI, intake manifold, gears, and full exhaust to make it a "full bolt ons" car?

Guitar is fat and gay....that makes him a little sensitive to the 5.bro crowd. He feels very much included in their world since there are so many queers driving 5.bros.

A car on LS1Tech that has a transmission meant for racecars, holier than Jesus himself, full exhaust, electric water pump, etc. is not a full bolt on car but an exhaust/intake/gears 5.0 is?

Oh.

If I'm not mistaken, the OP said that the 5.0 also had other small **** besides the CAI, Intake, gears, exhaust... So technically that would make it even more of a "full bolt ons" car using y'all's logic. And I would agree that a car with an LS engine with CAI, full exhaust, gears, and intake manifold is also full bolt ons...

Btw, no one is butthurt here except you since you went out of your way to comment in this asking "what constitutes as full bolt ons?" And then the OP lists what full bolt ons is and you are still so butthurt that you had to comment, "not even close to full bolt ons." Lulz.
