Default Running rich

I have a 2000 formula ls1 with mods in sig.

Car runs rich. I replaced the o2 sensors cleaned maf and replaced IAT. Car will run fine on my wideband but on occasion it will run extremely rich for a minute or two at a time and then it will go back to running good again? Looking for suggestions as to what could be causing this problem. Vacuum leak? Bad maf? Bad O2 sensor?

Car is untuned but never had this issue for over 3 years.

Like I said above It runs fine most of the time buy while driving it will start to run extremely rich for a good minute and then go back to normal and stay that way for awhile but then start to run rich again. Problem started out of nowhere and didn't happen immediately after any parts or work was done on the car.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

A vacuum leak IMO would cause a lean condition due to the unmetered air. Do you have a spare Maf to swap to see if it clears it up.

I'm sure I could swap one with a buddy and see what it does. I wonder if it could be an injector being stuck open.

By running rich, do you mean check engine light is on with a P0172/175?
