Rich, I definitely will ship anywhere in the 48. Shipping quotes have come back anywhere from $140-$170 depending on zip codes. The exhaust is all welded with no clamps (other than the clamps to put on your headers). The package will be max size for "ground" with fedex at 72x36x7 at 40 lbs.
