5.3L vs. Milled 5.7L Heads Question. I've got a set of 5.7L heads milled .030 for 10:8:1 Compression. How does this compare to the COMPRESSION, Chamber size and deck heighth of stock 5.3L heads?
...I'm looking at a cam and we're trying to make sure we're ok with P/V Clearance, and we know it works on a set of 5.3's, and I've got milled 5.7's.

hey Scott this is Scott(Demon SS) what are your cam specs? an unmilled 5.3L head would give you back your .030 and still give you a 10.8ish compression.
