HELP car lost power

HELP car lost power 
i have o holden monaro with ls1 / A4 and the car lost too much power ..the car is totally stock-what could be the reason?
-what tests to do or what to check?
thanks alot i miss my car

id start with the spark plugs. did your SES light come on? if it did i would go autozone and have them check the codes... what exactly is the car doing?

Do you have any more info to give?? Any codes, rough idle, trans related...ect. So after 3k at WOT it picks back up like normal?? How many miles do you have on it??

from a dead stop the car wont go hard (it will go like i am giving it 1/2 throttle{t/c off of course}) till 3K rpm then it will do fine but not like before ..also from a rolling it does not pull as hard as before

Seems like it's trans or torque converter related, particularly since it has shown up since that work. Is it maintaining overdrive for too long (possibly an ajustment)?
