Not to diss anyone that has it/likes it I'm just stating my opinion to help you out. But I dislike it. Looks too big/bulky IMHO


I seen a Camaro on these forums it was Dark Blue with WW body kit on the front (maybe whole kit don't remember) but it was damn SHARP. But then again, it is your car and whatever you think looks best you should do to it.

well if i were youand got that hood i personally would only put it on with an ss spoiler(give the rearend some lip), lower that ****, misplace the billet grill and then your good to go.

I think it's too wide personally. I like the side view, but it just doesn't look right from the front ..... but who the hell am I???

I've been thinking about that hood also but I really want to see it in person and make my decision then. One of the other board members who recently posted pics of the hood lives about 40mins from me and I'm planning on stopping by too check it out in person. I currently have the ultra z hood but I haven't painted it. I always liked the cowl hood but never saw a good picture of it. Here is a picture of my ultra z hood maybe I can get some help in keeping mine also or selling it for a harwood hood.

That's the Harwood cowl.

I have seen them in person. They look better in pics.
The car is already low and wide...
Put that wide cowl lump on there and the car looks like a pancake.
It is too much low and wide IMO.
I wish they would use that shape to come up with a 'modern' looking cowl hood that uses the same general dimensions as the old cowl style.
You would come up with something like is on that blue/yellow race Camaro.
Sponsor VFN, has teased us a couple of times about building that style cowl. Don't know where that stands at the moment.
