Default Fluid Leak at dipstick tube grommet

Saw a puddle on the driveway today of transmission fluid. I got under it and saw where it was coming from.

One place is where the dipstick tube goes into the grommet that goes into the transmission case.
The other is the steel lines that go into the transmission.

I figure the steel lines just need to be tightened up. I have a flare nut wrench that would work, but since I'm going to take it to my mechanic to fix that dipstick tube grommet,I'll let him do it.

Now,are the trans dipstick tube grommets available or do I have to find another tube and have him replace it. Or is an aftermarket one a better way to go.Let me know. Thanks

Default

A regular wrench will tighten up the fittings plenty enough and the grommet should be available at a parts store in maybe the help section for almost nothing. Remove the bolt on the back of the head, pull the dipstick, and pull up on the tube and replace. No problem.
