I have a MGW Short Shifter for a 93 to 02 FBody with a T56. Shifter only has around 5k miles on it. It does have the Ford style handle on it so the stock shifter handle will not work.

A few nicks/scratches but overall in good condition.

Price: $170 shipped

Thanks for looking.

Should sell quick. This is the best shifter for the money. I've had one for years and they are well worth the money. Glws.

Thanks. I am hoping for a quick sale which is why it is priced where it is. I can have it packaged up and out to the buyer tomorrow so it might make it to them before the holiday.

I am doing an LS3/T56 swap and I thought that the Ford style handle would provide better adjustment. It just didn't work as expected. The thread pitch for the **** is 12mm x 1.75. So, you would probably need a new **** to fit the new threads on the handle.

Where is the rubber that goes around the shaft at the bottom?

So we can't use the stock **** but everything else fits perfect?

The shifter bolts up to the T56 trans no problem. The shifter body is the exact same with just the different handle so everything will fit just fine. I am not 100% sure on the handle placement in an FBody though since this was going into my swap project I never had it in an FBody.

I have a MGW F-body Handle assembly that I would swap for the Ford style, if someone needs it

I am using in a different application and the additional offset would help

Thanks, Jeff

Is the gold part locked into that position, or can it be rotated slightly ? Is that a round/splined shaft or something it clamps to ?
