80 lb Injector HP limit?
I have a set of 80 lb injectors in my LS 5.3/S475 turbo Mustang swap and I have maxed them out in my tune at 17 lbs of boost. I have aftermarket rails, -6 feed and return lines, Aeromotive regulator, and an 044 Bosch fuel pump. I was thinking of adding a second pump and Y'ing the lines together after the pump and turning the second pump on at say 8-10 lbs of boost. Are my feed and return lines large enough to support more power? I'm thinking that I'm just out of pump at this point, any ideas??

The questions in your post have nothing to do with the limit of 80 lb injectors.
-6 AN feed and return lines are good for 1200 or so to the wheels with adequate fuel pressure. A single 044 external bosch should support 700-750 to the wheels. 80 lb injectors are good for 1100 whp or so.

posted in your other thread as well...
simple math will tell you exactly how much you can make on them
at 43 base pressure they are good to around 1066 at the Crank(not the tire)
at 58 base pressure they are good to around 1200 at the Crank(not the tire)
and that is assuming your setup is ideal and pretty dam efficient...which is not typical
realistically... your transmission eats up 20-30% of the power you make at the crank.
