Built 4L80E
Built 4L80E for sale. Rebuilt from scratch, numerous soft part and hydraulic modifications. BRIEF rundown
6 count direct
Dual fed direct clutches
Rollerized
Several pump modifications w/ new Sonnax boost valve
HI Energy clutches
And much, much more. Will give a full break down to anyone seriously interested in buying. I'm a very reputable builder, many of you know me or have a trans built by me (or know someone who does) and know I don't build bullshit. This bad boy's gotta go however.
$2,000 (This is a HUGE discount). Happy holidays!

I am looking for a 4l80e bit need one that I can use with a transfer case in my Jeep. Can this be made to run with a 4x4 set up without conpletley disassembling the tranny?

I'm in CT. I have read on the 4x4 forums that skme of the 2wd trans have long enough splines where I could change the tail housing our for a shorter 4x4 one and cut the end shaft off. Wouldn't work here?

No, sorry
You had me confused calling it "L80" for a second there lol.
I think that it's only really beneficial to a small amount of people and that without knowing your setup, you're still probably better off keeping it a 4 speed.
Drivetrain loss is not something I can tell you accurately as it varies from setup to setup (and really depends on your converter especially), but the unit is rollerized so it would definitely have less parasitic power loss than your stock 80E or even a lot of 80Es built by other shops.
