Thumbs up Check out this GTO!

Here are some pics of the MTI project GTO. They just completed the 455ci LS1 engine in it and it pulled 535 rwhp all-motor, thru catalytics!

These cars look MUCH better with aftermarket wheels:

Looks good, I was gonna get those rims for my car originally... it would be badass if they had more of a 'deep dish' look.

Yeah, it's one of the 'better' looking GTOs that I have seen. The wheels look nice but those sweet cars sitting around in the background are drawing a contrast with the boring and plain lines on the new goat. I'd love a mid sized coupe with an LS1. Hopefully GM is working on a little 're-styling'.

That looks really badass. The rims are subtle, yet sporty. Very nicely done. And w/ that engine combo, im sure it'll suprise more than a few people

Funny, the more I see those cars, the less I like them. I thought it would be just the opposite.

Yeah, those are nice on there. My buddy wants to trade his TA in for one when we get back from Iraq, but he just doenst like the wheels that they come with. I told him just to take the factory ones down to Chula Vista, CA and get the factory ones dipped in Chrome. I think that chrome wheels on any car really make a difference in appearence. Nice car.....

Still not doing it for me. It needs some HREs or Intro 5 spokes, rivets with satin black centers.

I can't stand that GTO. You could put wheels on a Cavalier and get the same results. Gotta be GMs biggest flop since the Aztec. Talk about a boring, underpowered, overweight car.

455ci LS1?

I really dislike the GTO's as far as appearance goes.

I still can't get into the design of the car. Everytime I see it, I think Grand Am, or something. I don't think.....Muscle car. I love the interior though, just think the body styling is "bland".

thats how the original GTO was, it was a family car, no one really understands that. it sticks with the original plan for the GTO.

I guess you right in a sense.BUT, the GTO's looked kick A$$ when there were fixed up to look more muscle back in the day. The current GTO, probably, could never get that look.
