Default Gear noise- pic inside

I have a moser 9 inch rear and a strange center section that was assembled by a local guy. These gears ahve been in he car for almost 6 months and they are noisey as hell. I pulled the center section out last night and inspected the gears and all looks fine. I have read in the past that Motive gears are noisey in general. But I put grease on the teeth and checked the pattern and would like to know what others think of it. If its a matter or the brand being noisey im going to get a different gear or if they need to be reset if will find a different person to set them.

The noise is only under load when the clutch is engaged, and speeds above 35 mph. will not make the noise in neutral.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Well that's a coast pattern, not a drive pattern.

Thats what I was afraid of. Since the gears still look good can I have them reset or do I need to buy a new set?

I would let someone look at the pattern in person but IF the gears are the issue buying a new set is your best bet.
