Default P/V issues with shaved heads?

I am about to pull the heads and rework them with 2.02/1.60 valves, and do some porting. I wanted to shave them to bump up the CR.I was thinking about .030. What CR would this put me at? Would I have P/V clearance issues? Will I need to shim the rockers? I am running the TR224 cam.
Thanks,
Dustin

5.7's milled .030 will put you at ~10.8 with a stock gasket. PtV should be fine with the tr224.
