I'm building a 408 with ls3 heads. It's 12.5:1 compression. I'm assuming it should end up somewhere in the 450-500 rwhp range. I want to run E85 just to be on the safe side with the higher compression. Later on it will see any where from a 100-300 shot of nitrous. (Will have a stand alone system)

My thoughts are to run 60lb injectors with one walbro 450 e85 pump. Planning to keep the stock fuel lines and ls3 fuel rails. Will this be enough?

Dry or wet nitrous kit? Dry, I would go up to 80 lb injectors since they'll need to supply the extra fuel.

Lol 100-300 is a big difference. Stock lines and rails should be fine though.

Wet kit for sure. ill have a stand alone fuel system to handle the nitrous.

I want to work my way up. I've never sprayed before, so I'd rather start off with a 100 shot than jump straight into a 300 shot.
