I have a lid, moser 12 bolt with 4.10's, spec 3 clutch, 160 thremostat, slp cai. The car is a 1999 and has a 6 speed . I want the car to be drivable nothing to outrageous, with occasional trips to the track but mostly road

A lot of people have gone with the TSP 231/237 cam. The G5X-3 is also popular. Your gears will help with drivability because both of these cams are realtively stout. If you want to go smaller you could look at thunder racing. They have a lot to chose from and they also perform well.....I've yet to install it but I have a 231/237. Doing a search will definetely help you make a decision. There are tons of threads just like this one with great info.

Get a good set of dual valve springs. I would go with the patriot dual's. You get the titanium retainers, locks, seats and viton valve seals for $290 or something close to it.
Get a set of comp r lifters.
Timing chain and gaskets are good to have too.

oil pump wont hurt while your in there especially since your a pre 01 car. And an ASP pulley goes nicley with a cammed car too. Since you have the 12 bolt w/ 410 I would shoot at the G5x3 or F13. thats what im about to get. If you have the $ to spare, TSP has great deals on LS6 intakes too....

good luck either way.

I can vouch for the G5X3 too, stomps my previous setup and is perfect for daily driving, I drive my car everyday and love it. I haven't enjoyed my car this much in about 2 years! Now that I have an awesome setup with the X3, I miss my car when I don't drive it I can't say enough about how badass that cam is, it sounds mean as hell and performs better than it sounds
