Default Car Number

I have seen a lot of the Camaro's that show what number there car was in manufacturing. You know like 1437 of 3782. How do we find this out. Thanks in advance for any help.

That is the SS build #. I got mine from Matt Lefley @ SLP Performance parts. If you E-mail him with your Vin. # he will usually respond in a couple of days. E-mail address---

Thanks I will give him a try. I've been meaning to find out my build # for a long time and just never got around to it. We'll see what happens. Thanks again.

I think now, SLP wants you to buy the birth certificate for the car, in order to give you the car number.

99LSS1, thanks for the help. I sent an e-mail to Matt and I guess he gave it to a guy named Terry Black who sent me my information. If anybody else needs their build # I believe this guy will help out no problem. Took a few days and the response was there. His addy is tblack@slpnj.com if anyone would like to try.

How about for a WS6? I know a different company builds them.

I'm not sure, but if you were to send him an e-mail I'm sure he would be able to guide you in the right direction.
